Understanding Results - Risk Categories

Patients are classified into five risk categories, each with specific recommendations:

Green

Reliable


Definition:

Very low risk of missing the appointment

Recommended Action:

Standard appointment process. No special follow-ups required.

Yellow

Standard


Definition:

Moderate risk - patient sometimes misses

Recommended Action:

Small appointment delay, No special follow-ups required.

Orange

Risky


Definition:

High risk of no-show

Recommended Action:

Multiple reminders and personal call needed. Scheduling 2 weeks in prior.

Red

Critical Risk


Definition:

Very High risk of no-show

Recommended Action:

Multiple reminders and personal call needed. Scheduling 3 weeks in prior.

Cyan

New Patient


Definition:

First time patient - no history
