Patients are classified into five risk categories, each with specific recommendations:

Standard
Definition:
Moderate risk - patient sometimes misses
Recommended Action:
Small appointment delay, No special follow-ups required.
Risky
Definition:
High risk of no-show
Recommended Action:
Multiple reminders and personal call needed. Scheduling 2 weeks in prior.
Critical Risk
Definition:
Very High risk of no-show
Recommended Action:
Multiple reminders and personal call needed. Scheduling 3 weeks in prior.
